Area Organizations There are three types of area organizations associated with the Transcultural Nursing Society:
* Chapters
The society welcomes individual members who currently are not affiliated with an organized chapter to consider applying for chapter status. Criteria for application include stating goals for the first year's activities (such as meetings and speakers scheduled), name of contact person, and the desired geographic border of the chapter by region, state, or city.
